Even promotional items for the book such as book markers, tee shirts, pens, and maybe a workbook for the reader to be a part of- and put a survey in the back of the workbook for the reader to mail in. If your book is a how-to book, you can write a guide for the workbook for which the reader can follow. So there, you have 2 books with one subject.
